The aim of Mersin University First Aid Research and Application Center is to conduct training, research, and application activities in the fields of first aid, emergency care, and disaster management for students, academic and administrative staff within the university, as well as public institutions and organizations, non-governmental organizations, and different segments of society; to increase first aid awareness in society; to contribute to the development of scientific studies; to strengthen the capacity for preparedness for disasters and emergencies; and to support the training of qualified human resources by developing national and international collaborations.
